Through my coursework at UTA, I completed a range of technical reports addressing diverse, real-world challenges. Projects included a recommendation report, a technical background report, a short memo report, a how-to guide, and a grant recommendation evaluation report. These assignments required in-depth research, critical thinking, and the ability to distill complex information into user-focused, actionable insights.

For the Gemini AI report, I collaborated with a team to evaluate the tool’s usability using a “think-aloud” protocol, analyzing user feedback to identify strengths and areas for improvement. Recommendations were developed based on patterns in user sentiment, showcasing my ability to translate feedback into practical solutions. Similarly, my other reports combined statistical analysis with resource mapping to provide actionable strategies.

In each project, I utilized visuals such as charts, infographics, and tables to enhance comprehension and applied principles of information architecture to ensure clarity and usability. Leveraging tools like Microsoft Word and Adobe, I produced polished, professional-grade documents that balanced technical precision with accessibility.
