Multi-Page Document: Teen Program

Client: Panorama ISD Gold Cord Program
Skills: Multi-Page Design, Document Design, User-Experience
Tools: InDesign, Adobe Photoshop

As part of a Document Design course, we were tasked with creating a multi-page design document. The assignment involved analyzing a client’s program guide, which was cluttered with duplicated data and disorganization, and redesigning it into a clear and accessible guide for students. This project required us to fully apply our information hierarchy skills.

To tackle the extensive text in the original guide, I utilized AI for assistance. By crafting precise prompts, I guided the AI to deliver the original content with duplications removed and data organized by concept. Using this refined content, I applied my information architecture expertise to design the new guide in InDesign. I then incorporated vivid graphic shapes to ensure the design would resonate with a teenage audience.

My primary goal was to create a guide that would capture teens’ interest through its visual appeal and easy-to-navigate information. I believe the final product exceeded project requirements, offering a design that was both functional and engaging for its intended audience.
